********** A BITNET news summary for the week of March 6, 1988 **********

will be covered in further detail in NetMonth. For a subscription send the

* A NETMONTH Filelist:
Marc Shannon has set up a FILELIST on LISTSERV@CMUCCVMA for NetMonth and
NetWeek archives. For a list of files, send the following command to the
CMUCCVMA LISTSERV via mail or message:
INDEX NETMONTH
This LISTSERV also running the /WHOIS name server feature.
* Please note:
Remember that all servers do not accept commands by mail. Some, such as
NYSHARE@WEIZMANN, only accept interactive messages. Changes are being made
to BITNET SERVERS in order to provide this information.
* The OS9 Filelist:
In addition to the COCO (Tandy Color Computer) FILELIST, LISTSERV@PUCC now
offers an OS9 FILELIST. The files there are usable under the OS-9
operating system. More information is available by requesting the files
CURRENT INFO and COCO MEMO from LISTSERV@PUCC. To get a list of files,
send the server the command INDEX OS9. Thanks to Eric W. Tilenius for this
information.
